This offers a streamlined and comprehensive approach for integrating and transitioning employees, accommodating both full-time and part-time roles. It simplifies the process by guiding new hires through essential documentation, company policy orientation, and account setup for onboarding, while ensuring a smooth exit for off-boarding employees through asset return, access revocation, and conducting exit interviews. This module enhances the HR team's efficiency in managing these processes and ensures a consistent and thorough experience for all employees, regardless of their employment type.
This aligns with a new account framework that mandates a one-to-one relationship between profiles and accounts, structured based on the user's Employment Group—either Employee or Non-Employee. This policy not only reinforces a more organized and secure account management system but also incorporates the flexibility to reactivate previous accounts for agents who are re-boarding, thereby streamlining the process of reintegration while maintaining compliance with the new account standards.
Introducing "Re-boarding": Our latest release feature enhances the onboarding process by allowing the reactivation of previous Elliman accounts. This innovative functionality facilitates the reuse of former Elliman accounts and emails for agents undergoing onboarding, streamlining their reintegration into our system.
